Lights Out on Your Street?
You can report non-working street lights to FPL and
they will fix the light in 5 to 10 days after reporting.
To report a problem click
FPL Lighting and choose the "Traditional" style light.
Please put as much description as possible on where the light is
located. Also please put in the location of the community as
FPL or the Contractor has problems finding the exact addresses using
Google or MapQuest.
Tip: Mark the pole with a ribbon or colored tape and note
that in the location description.
Attention Stoneybrook at Gateway Residents

the Stoneybrook at Gateway Procedural Manual and Master association
Documents.
-Compliance Committee

compliance within the Stoneybrook at Gateway community. Each member
is assigned a street, or streets, to maintain. The members of this
committee help to insure that Residents are in compliance with all
deed restrictions and Stoneybrook at Gateway Master Association
bylaws.
If you are interested in Volunteering for either of these committees
please contact the

that unsightly black mold.
It is very important to maintain the aesthetics of the community.
